2. Submit proof of purchase.
3. Submit proof of inspection by your local municipality or county inspection office (required on natural gas water heater, furnace, or hydro-heat system).
4. For additional cash rebates, please submit a picture of the gas appliance. 

The rebate must be submitted within 6 months of installation to receive payment.
